2月10日下午，聊城市政协副主席程继峰、经济委主任宋家元等市政协相关领导一行莅临聊城跨境电商产业园针对“加快发展数字经济，促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合”开展调研活动。聊城高新区投资促进部副部长石倩倩、聊城鸿远国际贸易服务有限公司总经理侯敏等热情接待并陪同调研。
  活动现场，调研组参观了聊城跨境贸易数据可视化平台、外贸数字化生态服务中心、聊城非遗展示中心、一带一路特色商品展厅等，并从园区基础设施配套、招商入驻情况、职能服务范围、园区争优评选情况等进行了汇报。并表示，园区将充分发挥有为政府和有效市场的作用，聚焦产业数字化，加强政策集成、金融支持和平台搭建，加快引导推动龙头骨干企业和产业链“智改数转”，加大智能硬件和装备、网络设施及安全等基础设施建设投入。聚焦数字经济与传统产业有效嫁接融合，积极培育跨境电商新业态主体、外贸企业梯队，推动聊城特色产业带上网入云。
  随后，调研组一行走访园区企业聊城跨界商贸有限公司并与企业负责人进行交流。
  市政协副主席程继峰等领导对产业园的布局规划、运营状况及企业赋能工作给予了认可，对优秀电商企业及电商服务企业表示高度肯定，并鼓励企业不断创新发展。
  聊城跨境电商产业园将在各主管部门的带领下，充分发挥自身的服务优势，积极投身于中国（聊城）跨境电子商务综合试验区及全市外贸固稳提质的建设中来?；蛟炝某鞘锌缇车缟淌痉痘?，展示良好营商环境和数字化发展水平，为区域经济社会发展再添新的增长亮点。

At the event site, the research team visited Liaocheng cross-border trade data visualization platform, foreign trade digital ecological service center, Liaocheng Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center, the Belt and Road featured commodity exhibition hall, etc., and reported on the infrastructure support of the park, investment attraction, functional service scope, competition and selection of the park. The park will give full play to the role of the government and effective market, focus on industrial digitalization, strengthen policy integration, financial support and platform construction, accelerate the guidance and promotion of leading backbone enterprises and industrial chain "intelligent transformation and digital transformation", and increase investment in infrastructure construction such as intelligent hardware and equipment, network facilities and security. Focus on the effective grafting and integration of digital economy and traditional industries, actively cultivate the main body of cross-border e-commerce and the echelon of foreign trade enterprises, and promote Liaocheng's characteristic industries to bring online into the cloud.
Later, the research team visited Liaocheng Cross border Trade Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the park, and communicated with the person in charge of the enterprise.
Cheng Jifeng, vice chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee, and other leaders recognized the layout planning, operation status and enterprise empowerment of the industrial park, highly affirmed excellent e-commerce enterprises and e-commerce service enterprises, and encouraged enterprises to continue to innovate and develop.
Under the leadership of various competent departments, Liaocheng Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park will give full play to its service advantages and actively participate in the construction of China (Liaocheng) Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone and the stabilization and improvement of the city's foreign trade.
