2月23日上午，聊城鸿远国际贸易服务有限公司总经理侯敏与聊城跨境电子商务协会一行拜访马来西亚上海领事馆，同马来西亚上海领事馆Reza领事、万主任进行了深切交流。
会谈中，聊城跨境电子商务协会执行会长韩伟宝向领事代表介绍了协会和会员单位的基本情况、聊城优势产业、聊城跨境电商的发展现状以及协会在马来西亚的战略发展规划。
韩会长表示在外贸新旧动能转换的大环境下，跨境电商是传统企业转型升级、获取新动能的重要推动力。聊城跨境电子商务协会为了更好地服务会员单位，促进聊城跨境电商的快速发展，协会决定“走出去”，深入了解海外市场，为聊城市跨境电商企业提供更多的国际贸易商机，另一方面，将更多的国外企业或者机构“引进来”，推动其与聊城、山东乃至全国的跨境电商领域的交流合作。
随后协会就马来西亚营商环境、税收政策、投资政策等具体问题向领事代表进行了详细咨询，领事代表热情解答，对协会发展规划与理念高度认可并表示加强与协会的沟通合作，为双方带来更多机遇。
此次外事交流之行，是协会“走出去”的一大步。协会将继续深化与马来西亚的务实合作，探索新路径寻找新突破，发挥协会桥梁纽带作用，助力聊城外贸高质量发展再上新台阶。

During the meeting, Han Weibao, the executive president of Liaocheng Cross-border E-commerce Association, introduced to the consular representatives the basic information of the association and its member units, the advantageous industries in Liaocheng, the development status of Liaocheng cross-border E-commerce and the strategic development plan of the association in Malaysia.
Han said that cross-border e-commerce is an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises and the acquisition of new growth drivers in the context of the change of old and new growth drivers in foreign trade. In order to better serve the member units and promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Liaocheng, Liaocheng Cross-border E-commerce Association decides to "go out", deeply understand the overseas market, and provide more international trade opportunities for cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Liaocheng. On the other hand, more foreign enterprises or institutions will be "introduced". Promote its exchanges and cooperation with Liaocheng, Shandong and even the whole country in the field of cross-border e-commerce.
Subsequently, the Association consulted with the consular representatives on the business environment, tax policy, investment policy and other specific issues in Malaysia. The consular representatives gave enthusiastic answers. They highly recognized the development plan and concept of the association and expressed that strengthening communication and cooperation with the association would bring more opportunities to both sides.
This foreign exchange trip is a big step for the association to "go global". The association will continue to deepen practical cooperation with Malaysia, explore new ways to find new breakthroughs, play the role of the association as a bridge, and help Liaocheng to achieve a new level of high-quality foreign trade development.
